am often asked: “Larry, why and how do you sell brand new, major name
heating and air conditioning equipment and systems close to wholesale
costs ?”
The answer is simple. We established and are continuing to add large
manufactures distributors to our list of suppliers willing to sell major
products for less. They realize, in this economy, a modest percentage of
profit above cost is better than no sale.
The reputable manufactures suppliers we work with, provide brand new
equipment (in the box) with full warrantee. The only difference is, we
provide the equipment to the buyer at a much lower cost.
We pay cash for the equipment, this eliminates cash flow problems for the
distributor. The customer pays us cash upon delivery, this eliminates cash
flow problems for us.
In the end it works for everyone. The distributor moves equipment from
inventory, the homeowner, contractor or builder gets a great deal (far
below normal costs) and we make a modest percent of profit.
If you are a builder, do the math. A 100 home project requiring heating
and air conditioning equipment typically has over a $2,000 profit in just
the equipment. We can save you approximately $1,200 per home. The math
is simple: 100 homes x $1,200 = $120,000 savings in just the
equipment.
This puts you in control and in a great position for negotiating
installation and other costs. As I said, in the end everyone is
happy.
